Hey guys, I’ve recently starting taking Active Iron capsules to help boost my energy levels and reduce the tiredness.

The reason I have chosen this food supplement over some of the other competitors is because Active Iron capsules / tablets contain a non-constipating formula which has meant no side effects or disruption to my diet or daily routine.

It’s taken about 3 weeks for me to notice a difference and what a difference it is! 💪
My energy levels have increased dramatically and the tiredness that I would normally feel in the evening has all but gone!

Each pack contains 30 capsules which is a month's supply, taking one capsule a day with water or juice for best absorption.

Active iron also claim their unique formula makes the absorption of iron Ferrous Sulfate to be x2 better.

Each capsule contains 14mg of Iron = 100% NRV (Nutritional Reference Value)

Good points:
Genuinely see a difference, for me it took 3 weeks (so be patient and stick with them)
100% NRV to combat iron deficiency

Each capsule is only 2cm wide making them easy to swallow

Bad points:
Arguably expensive but IMHO worth the money!
