**Ingredients**

*Bowl 1
2-3 Porter House Steaks (Fat Trimmed, beaten & cut into fingers)
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Pinch’s Salt
1 Tbsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Garlic Powder

*Dry Mix
1 Cup Plain Flour
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 1/2 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Tsp Cajun Spice
2 Tsp Salt

*Wet Mix
1/3 Cup Full Cream Milk
1/3 Cup Butter Milk
2 Eggs
(Whisk)

*White Sauce
3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
5 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cube Chicken Stock (in hot water to help break down)
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Black Pepper
Salt to Taste
