This was by far one of the worst workshop demos I've ever done! 🤣 Believe it or not, I'm not a fan of public speaking. I get nervous in front of crowds, I begin to stutter, and forget everything I taught. When this happens, I get super unforgiving towards myself and then the downward spiral begins 😅. This was the first time where the entire room saw me crash and burn, repeatedly 🤭. This took a huge chop at my ego because I hate making mistakes, especially in front of people. But as a performer will tell you, 'The show must go on.' Luckily, I was surrounded by supportive people, and with their encouragement, I was able to overcome this small obstacle. In the moment, it feels like I'm moving a mountain. But in reality, I'm just training myself to improve my cognitive function. So my mistakes in the longer run are actually my blessings 💫🌟✨
