Australia 108 The highest residences in the Southern Hemisphere

Australia 108 is Australia's highest Residence, in fact, it is home to the highest Residence in the Southern Hemisphere. The Structural design of Australia 108 required the engineering to overcome many issues with the design from poor founding material in coode island silt to high wind load to allow for Melbourne's tallest skyscraper to be built.
It is Australia 2nd tallest Building only being beaten by the Q2 on the Gold Coast, with the spire exceeding the height of Australia 108.

Australia 108 was not without it's issues it has suffered from a term known as the creaking tower syndrome, where mild wind forces the tower to creak. The creaking of Australia 108 isn't of structural concern, what to the end to find out the cause of the creaking.
