Unfortunately, we are often held back by family members, friends, coworkers, friends etc.Many were raised in less than desirable family dynamics,often by unsupportive, abusive, or narcissistic parents.Unfortunately these types of environments created woundings that take a lifetime of reprogramming to dissolve.Survivors of these environments often unknowingly tolerate learn to tolerate a host of abusive behaviors due to its familiarity.Sadly they were taught that love is earned, & control is a form of protection.
Learning to release ourselves from negative familiar patterns is one of the hardest things humans have to endure.Branching out can feel scary,and the unknown can feel overwhelming.However once we can understand that the imposed negative projections of others are just an illusion,we are able t find the courage to move forward fearlessly.Taking the first step of empowerment begins with the word " No".When we realize that we no longer have to accept others negativity or approval, we begin to create the necessary boundaries needed to improve are own value & the freedom to live our lives unapologetically.Know your worth, because you are worth knowing.
