Instagram Message Notifications Not Showing Up

Instagram messages are a great way to have a one on one conversation with a follower. However, it's annoying when the notifications aren't' showing up like they're supposed to and you miss a message from a friend. If your message notifications are not working, we walk you through the steps you can take to get it fixed in this video. Keep in mind, there are several places that manage your notifications, from the Instagram app itself to your general settings on your iPhone or Android and last of all don't forget the do not disturb mode which will silence the sound and pop-up for all notifications. We'll walk you through all of those steps in this video and get your notifications working again.
