Job requirement:MSN for Nurse Admin job in USA(170 credit hrs)but NO to Indian BSN(1738 credit hrs)!

Stop professional descrimination and racism against Indian Nurses in USA based on " Masters in Nursing requirement for Administration job in Nursing in USA without evaluating or checking Nursing Education Transcript for actual Credit hours for Class room instruction course taken and hours of Clinicals done in real Hospital with Patients not " Demo learning in Orientation or Nursing Class .

In USA Nurses studied Nursing with their ADN ; associates Nursing degree program with 18 months and BSN program with to 2 years then MSN with additional 50 credit hours with 4 years of " bogus" experience with their poor Nursing knowledge and poor work ethics, poor Nursing skills get Nursing Administration and leadership job easily with their " influence" control Nursing Field.All the mistakes of unqualified their " team members" are " written off " with "excuse" of "no one is perfect , mistakes are acceptable " even if Patients are dead !!

But then good experienced Indian BSN Nurses get all the heavy Patient assignment because they are very knowledgable , skilled & more Patient satiesfaction . This called professional discrimination & professional bulliying
So for long time these bogus , fake , criminal minded Nurses are not caught by the Law of the Land , they continue to work ignorantly with the mentality " we only care about money and our life not others " !!!

That was not the teaching in old School of Nursing until 10 years ago in USA..
Mistakes in Nursing Field are not acceptable because that can cost life of a human. So Old School good Nurses has fear of GOD and fear of Law of the Land and do their job right , carefully following protocol and policies. So they are fired without a cause by false accusations by scammer Nurses and their Nursing team leaders or " fried " / professionally bullied severely that would affect those innocent old School good Nurses professional life and personal life.
