Fully Automated Cartoning of Flow Packs

A fully automated end-of-line solution loading flow wrapped multi-pack tubes into cartons.
The complete system is capable of handling multiple product formats. The first is tubes loaded into display cartons and the second is flow wrapped multi-pack tubes loaded into display cartons.
The packaging system includes:
1. Crash lock carton erector
2. High-speed robotic pick & place cell
3. Hot-melt glue carton closer
When the format change is executed, the upstream tubes are diverted into a flow wrapper to create a multi-pack of three tubes. The flow packs are fed into the pick & place cell which loads them into display cartons.
A complete format change across the carton erector, pick & place cell, and carton closer can be accomplished in under 10 minutes with no tooling required.
With integrated IP cameras and remote connectivity for a comprehensive after-sales service and support package.
