This weekend, Downtown Asheville showcases the African and Caribbean culture. After taking last year off, the Goombay festival is back with a few new features.

Some aren't sure about the change of venue, but see new possibilities.

It will have some healthy elements to support Michelle Obama's "Let's Move" initiative. Also Goombay will all be at Pack Square Park.

Organizers say despite changes, Goombay remains true to its roots.
