This video lesson will focus on creating reports in Zoho Forms 2022. Sometimes you need to create a report based on the forum entries, let's see how we do this in Zoho forms.
➡️ Go to Reports and click on your report, after entering the name, select a form answer for which you want your report to include.
First, you will need to check general settings like date format, you want to use timezone, and name delimiters. Don't forget to save any changes you make. In case you need to filter your forms based on certain conditions, configure custom filters. For instance, I want to see all entries except for those that were revealed on Facebook.
Or analyze answers added in the last seven days only. Using sound fields like drop-down or radio fields allows you to have auto filters. Check the box of required field options of which you want to use as a filter condition, then specify the columns you want to show or hide in the report.
Change fields display name and order if needed, go to entries to see the report itself. Here you can set a limit for sending the report at the required time, print it, export in CSV or PDF formats, adjust the view, filter the entries, and finally search for answers supported in certain conditions.
