💥 Big relief for investors!
The Supreme Court clearly sided with the victims of Heera Gold, giving strict directions to ensure their rightful refunds.

🔥 Strong Warning to Nohra Sheikh

The court sharply reprimanded Nohra Sheikh for not cooperating with the Enforcement Directorate (ED).

The judge ordered that all attached properties must be registered exactly as per ED’s directions.

❗ If she fails to cooperate, she may be taken into custody immediately.

The court also said ED is allowed to arrest if she refuses to comply.


📝 On ED’s Request for Custody

ED requested custody of Nohra Sheikh.

The court held this request, but said she must fully comply with property registration orders to avoid arrest.


🏠 On Third-Party Transactions & Auctioned Properties

The court clarified that only those properties connected to recovery of public money will be considered.

The judge said the priority is investors’ refund, and whichever property helps recover public money should be sold or auctioned—no excuses.

Even though her lawyer tried to argue, the court made it very clear:
No delays, no excuses, complete compliance.

Sale deed execution and registration procedures must be followed strictly.
