THE heartbroken wife of 'murdered' PC Andrew Harper tonight paid an emotional tribute to her "selfless" husband - as a 20-year-old man was charged over the newlywed's death.

The 28-year-old was killed on Thursday night while responding to a burglary near the village of Sulhamstead, Berkshire.
