Perfect Masala Kaleji Recipe to enjoy at this Eid ul Azha. Soft and Tender!

Ingredients:
1/2 Kg Mutton Liver
15 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1 Medium Piece of Ginger (minced)
6 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds (Zeera)
1 Tbsp Crushed Red Chillies (Qutti Laal Mirch)
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Dried Coriander (Sookha Dhanya)
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)

For Garnishing:
Green Chillies and Ginger (sliced)
1 Tsp Garam Masala

Method:
In a cooking pan add oil, once heated add minced ginger and garlic. Stir fry until golden brown, then add 1 Tbsp Zeera and fry for another 1 min. After that add kaleji to the oil and let it cook for 8-10 mins until the liver changes it's color then add crushed red chilli, salt, dried coriander, and turmeric powder to it and let it cook for another 5 mins. It shoule be ready when you see the liver releasing the oil. Garnish with fresh green chillies and ginger.
