In today’s video, I’m sharing these soft and fluffy custard and raisin scones that are perfect for breakfast, lunchboxes or as a snack.

What makes these scones special is the vanilla custard, which gives them a beautiful flavour and tender texture. They’re easy to make, beginner-friendly, and absolutely delicious

Ingredients:
• 3 cups flour
• 3 tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp baking soda
• ¾ cup sugar
• 250 g margarine
• 125 ml plain yoghurt
• 2 cups vanilla custard
• 125g Raisins

Serve them warm with butter, jam, or enjoy them just as they are
