This is an excellent hand grip strengthener. I use it daily. The hand grip is anti slip and has 3 modes. The three modes are: counter, timer, and calories. It is easy to switch between each mode with the “press” button located underneath the “grips” text. It comes with 2 rubber plugs for adjusting the distance of the handles. Overall, this is an excellent hand grip at a reasonable price.
