Sometimes background effects such as smoke or tire tracks are included with your chroma key effect video. However, just simply applying chroma key to remove the background may not produce entirely desirable results. You might notice that things such as smoke or other "whispy" objects may still have a green tinge to them. You can change that by applying Hue and Saturation. In this video I applied a Hue value of 70, and a Saturation Value of 33 to get the desired dusty color shown (it was originally green). I also applied a lightness value of 129 to make it appear that the dust is being kicked up in the noonday sun.

VSDC Free Video Editor is currently free for Windows. It includes very good and easy "chroma key" "green screen" editing capability.
