GWR Pannier Tank 9466 - Ecclesbourne Valley Railway - 15/04/21

The most recent lifting of lockdown restrictions in the UK has allowed many heritage railways to return to service over the last few days. One such line is the Ecclesbourne Valley Railway, running on the branch between Wirksworth and Duffield. Here is GWR 9400 Class Pannier Tank 9466, running through the Derbyshire countryside with a selection of compartment stock coaches to help aid with social distancing. 2021 also marks the 10 year anniversary of the reopening of the line to Duffield, and so the Pannier carries a special headboard to mark the occasion.
