After 9-11, there was a television commercial paid for by our government on terrorism. Terrorism was defined as threats, harassment, assault, and intimidation with the goal to defeat your way of life. The commercial advised viewers to defeat terrorism.

The commercial was directed at US citizens concerning the 9-11 Terrorist attacks.

But the definition of terrorism applies to women victims of 'power and control' mentals/psychos.

The rarer the target victim, the more likely that victim will be tortured. Doctor victims are prize targets because they are rarely accessible to harm. But post 9-11 powers, misused by perpetrators who enjoy activities involving violence, allow those perpetrators total access to targeted victims and anyone trying to stop the violators.
