Mission #16- OG Loc
CJ bumps into Sweet and Smoke outside Smoke's house and is asked if he want to go to prison, not to go to jail as he think at first but to pick up another Grove Street gang member, Jeffery.

Jeffery, or "OG Loc" as he's known now is hardly the gangster type, often ridiculed by the older members of the gang. He commited any crimes possible to get sent to prison to help his Rap image, Now free he wants to go and kill a rival gang member named Freddie for "stealing his rhymes" (It's also implied but never directly stated that Freddie also raped Loc while in prison)

CJ and Loc chase Freddie all over town until he seeks the protection of fellow gang members, CJ kills them all in short order then offer Loc a lift to his probation job at a burger bar.
