Lovy Longomba Elias—known today as Prophet Lovy L. Elias—was born on November 25, 1986, in Nairobi, Kenya. He comes from a prominent musical lineage: his grandfather, Vicky Longomba, was a celebrated member of the legendary Congolese band TPOK Jazz, while his father, Lovy Longomba Sr., performed with Orchestra Super Mazembe. Raised amidst these rich cultural and musical influences, he developed a deep appreciation for performance and rhythm from a young age.
