This raw onion bread / crackers are packed with chia, hemp and flax protein. This raw onion cracker recipe is our favorite. Gluten free too.

4 yellow onions (sliced thin)
3/4 cup flax seeds ground
3/4 cup sunflower seeds ground
1/3 cup olive oil ( I even like less than 1/3 cup)
1/4-1/3 cup coconut aminos
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1-2 tsp salt to TASTE
