శంఖం చక్రం జలౌకాం దధదమృతఘటం చారుదోర్భిశ్చతుర్భిః |
సూక్ష్మస్వచ్ఛాతిహృద్యాంశుక పరివిలసన్మౌళిమంభోజనేత్రమ్ |
కాలాంభోదోజ్జ్వలాంగం కటితటవిలసచ్చారుపీతాంబరాఢ్యమ్ |
వందే ధన్వంతరిం తం నిఖిలగదవనప్రౌఢదావాగ్నిలీలమ్ ||

అచ్యుతానంత గోవింద విష్ణో నారాయణామృత
రోగాన్మే నాశయాఽశేషాన్ ఆశు ధన్వన్తరే హరే |
ఆరోగ్యం దీర్ఘమాయుష్యం బలం తేజో ధియో శ్రియం
స్వభక్తేభ్యః అనుగృహ్ణన్తం వందే ధన్వన్తరిం హరిమ్ ||

ధన్వన్తరేరిమం శ్లోకం భక్త్యా నిత్యం పఠన్తి యే |
అనారోగ్యం న తేషాం స్యాత్ సుఖం జీవన్తి తే చిరమ్ ||

మంత్రం –
ఓం నమో భగవతే వాసుదేవాయ ధన్వంతరయే అమృతకలశహస్తాయ వజ్రజలౌకహస్తాయ సర్వామయవినాశనాయ త్రైలోక్యనాథాయ శ్రీమహావిష్ణవే స్వాహా |

గాయత్రీ –
ఓం వాసుదేవాయ విద్మహే సుధాహస్తాయ ధీమహి తన్నో ధన్వన్తరిః ప్రచోదయాత్ |
