"See drummers with the fifers come
And the beater with the massive drum
The grand-drum major first doth stalk
With gold-knobbed stick and pompous walk
And as he marches o'er the ground
He thinks he turns the world around" - The Barrack Field, 1748

Founded 2006 in the Western United States, Regimental Mace Company began as a collaboration between Drum Majors Kenneth Misch, of the Los Angeles Scottish Pipe Band, and 6-time World Champion Jason Paguio, of the Simon Fraser University Pipe Band. Inspired to create drum major staffs, “For Drum Majors, by Drum Majors” Regimental Mace Company is one of less than five companies of its kind worldwide that produce items for scholastic, college, police, fire, and military musical organisations. These items include drum major staffs and batons, badges, pins, and various military regalia.
Additionally, from taking into account the many requests set forth by the drum major community, Regimental Mace Company incorporated a modern approach to the research and development of drum major staffs and accessories. With the constant evolution of flourishing techniques, styles, and uses, a conceptual improvement in staff design was crafted for drum majors to perform with less effort, better consistency and greater flexibility. As a result, Regimental Mace Company is most notable for the first scientifically engineered staffs, the Competitor Series Maces.
With distribution and partnership on almost every continent, the company has sold to over a dozen countries, including to the US Navy, US Marine Corps, US Army, US Border Patrol, Royal Canadian Air Force, Royal Army of Oman, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Royal Canadian Air Force, and the Canadian Scottish Regiment, among others.
In this newly joined capacity, “Dalman & Narborough Regimental Mace Company” is the world’s largest and highest quality manufacturer, with the majority of their products produced in the United Kingdom. Dalman & Narborough Regimental Mace Company will continue to produce and improve upon their existing line of products while expanding capacity into the future with the support and input of the drum major community. Jason Paguio and Kenneth Misch continue in the roles of Directors for North America and Consultants with the new entity.
