Visitbasis mobile app overview

Hi, Today we will navigate the VisitBasis mobile app. When you start the app you see the calendar with any visits you have planned for the day, sorted by distance to your current location or by time scheduled. Tap on the visit to go to visit details and start filing planned reports. You can also see any scheduled visits on the map view and jump straight to the visit by clicking on the marker.
To center the map and capture your coordinates, tap on the bullseye icon. Tap on the date to change the day being viewed. Whether you are in the list view or the map view you can tap on the plus icon to start a new report. You will see any tickets and/or scenarios available to you and will be able to select a Place where the report is being generated.

Tapping on the top-left three-line icon will open up the menu. Whenever you need, you can tap on the green arrow to synchronize. Right after Calendar we see tickets. This window will show any tickets available to you. Here you start a report for a ticket by selecting a place and filling in scenario questions.

Right after tickets we see places. This window shows all the places in your territory. You can tap on the bullseye icon and sort all places by distance to your current location, as well as search for a specific place. By clicking on a place, you can edit place information if you have the rights, or start a report for the place. Tapping on the plus sign allows you to create a new place. So let's do that… add a name… - we can see that the place details were captured from my current coordinates - Tap Save. The app will take you back to the place detail page and allows you to fill in 3 more fields: Contact name, email, and phone. So let's just fill those in and tap on Save again. That's it.

Our next item on the menu is reports. Here you will see all the reports that were filed recently. By clicking on the report you are able to review the information submitted on the report. By swiping right on the report you can delete it from the list of filed reports - it will not delete it for the server after it has been synched. Tapping on the top-right plus sign allows you to start a new report - just select a place and a ticket or scenario.

Going back to the VisitBasis app menu, when you tap on your user information you will see 3 more items: about will show app information and what app objects are currently available, Here you can also change the app language. I can tap on English - my current language - and I will see there are 8 language options in total - just choose the language you want.
Tapping on your user information also allows you to sign out. When you sign out you will need to sign back in and get another password via email.
