I’m showing you how to cook lentils in the Crock-Pot Express and it couldn’t be easier!
There’s no need to soak lentils before cooking in the pressure cooker.
Before adding the lentils to the cooking pot, check them for any small stones.
For the pressure cooker, select either brown or green lentils.
Red lentils turn to mush when cooked under pressure.
I like to cook them in chicken broth homemade or store bought or both.
The added flavor makes a using them in lentil salads and other dishes prefect.
