Trailblazer/Envoy Service Tire Monitor information and diy diagnosis (NO REPAIR SHOWN)

Описание к видео Trailblazer/Envoy Service Tire Monitor information and diy diagnosis (NO REPAIR SHOWN)

SPOILER ALERT - RUBY RED NEEDED A NEW TIRE SENSOR AND THE SENSOR REPLACEMENT IS NOT SHOWN

My new to me 2007 GMC Envoy has had this stupid "service tire monitor" message come on every time that I started the truck. Due to the years and years that I have had customers not understand that this message doesn't mean that the tires need air, I decided to show this to inform all who are willing to watch a video that does not show the repair just what this message means and what you can do about it.

While you don't see the repair, you can learn what you, yes you, can do yourself when faced with this message. You also get to see the "formal" diagnosis which involves a scan tool as well as a fancy TPMS tool (which is not mine btw). These tools are are part of the reason why shops charge big bucks for a "formal" diagnosis.

I've mentioned "no repair shown" several times up to this point so don't get mad at me when you don't see the repair that is not shown. Get mad at your teachers for not motivating you to hone your reading comprehension skills and giving you a passing grade out of pity. Think this is harsh? Try reading my inbox. The veil of anonymity turns pee-wees into savages.

Thanks for watching, 50K is coming! Keep your eyes peeled for anything that looks out of place.
