LVT flooring hack and DIY tips for you. LVT can be a pain to fit around radiator pipes but with this hack I’m sure you will be fine. Drill a 18mm hole for a 15mm pipe and slice the side closest to the edge and snap it trough so you can split the LVT flooring, you will then need a hot air gun to soften the LVT flooring in order to bend a section up and create enough space for the pipe to slide in. You will need to work fast or the LVT will stiffen.

Tools needed:
1) Hot air gun or hair dryer
2) a good sharp utility knife
3) a square
4) a drill and 18mm drill bit
5 ) a piece of wood in case you need to press down on the hot LVT
6) not essential but a cool damp cloth for cooling the LVT
