This is the ending of the movie 劇場版 戦国BASARA The Last Party released in 2011 by Production I.G. This dance scene is one of the most epic ones I ever saw. I love how they even made the dancing samurais vary slightly in their rhythm, just like real people would. The song is "The Party Must Go On" from T.M.Revolution.
