Описание к видео Childhood Immunization Schedule for Ages | 0-6 Years | AAP

🚨 Schedule update for 2023-24 RSV season. 🚨 The RSV immunization, called nirsevimab, was recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the American Academy of Pediatrics in the fall 2023. The immunization helps prevent serious RSV infection in babies who are at the most risk. Due to limited supply, the shot is not widely available. If nirsevimab is available in your community this season, it will be offered to infants and toddlers who are at the most risk of serious illness from RSV.

In this video, pediatrician and mother, Dr. Edith Bracho-Sanchez answers common questions about the immunization schedule for ages 0 to six years old, and how vaccines allow us to safely explore the world and thrive.
