Thank you for joining me to watercolor in my Hobonichi! I decided to create a colorful Earth Day scene with watercolor! First I did a quick sketch with pencil, then I used my water brush and Viviva Colorsheets to paint.
These watercolor sheets have been improved recently to show the color name. There is also water resistant paper between each sheet to protect them. One thing I love about these watercolor sheets is that they're very easy to use! They're great for travel, taking to a coffee shop or cafe and even wonderful to use at home. You don't need a lot to use them, just a water brush and paper! I was even able to mix colors directly on the sheets. The colors are bold and bright, and work just as well as traditional watercolors.
