In this Injustice Gods Among Us video, we show off getting top 1% in the Wally West Multiplayer Season. Like Suicide Squad The Joker Unhinged, the character was available for purchase in a Pack for 135,000 Credits, and just like said pack, you can Airplane Mode it on iOS to get Rebirth Wally West 100% of the time. If you are lacking Arkham Knight Harley Quinn, you can also get this card from the Wally West Booster Pack.

Rebirth Wally West has 1,350 Damage, 1,300 Health
Rebirth Raven has 1,300 Damage, 1,350 Health
Rebirth Jessica Cruz has 1,325 Damage, 1,325 Health

We do some gameplay with Wally West The Flash, both at low level, and thanks to Savagemansss, you get to see some gameplay at Level 60 Elite X early.

After doing some testing(Though you don't see it in this video), I think Rebirth Wally West is best suited for either pure basic damage, or Fourth World with Raven using 2 Piece Lexcorp and The Ibistick, and Jessica Cruz using Basic Damage with Ra's Al Ghul's Scimitar and Gauntlets of Azrael.

The reason Fourth World can be a viable set is because of the amount of hits the Special 2 causes, allowing you to keep Fourth World Block Spammers power drained, if not though this, Rebirth Raven.

Do you guys think Enchantress is potentially dirty with Wally West The Flash, if he's got Power Generation(LOA Knives and The Ibistick or his personal gear item)? Do you prefer basic damage, or Fourth World?
