Controlling ANGRY NPC to Attack Cops in GTA 5 RP

I had the ability to make every NPC angry on cops! This means I can pick & choose who to target by the angry npc. To make this even more toxic I was invisible. The players & cops had no idea what was happening. They was not able to find me and every NPC was angry crashing in to them. This GTA RP video is packed with epic moments and funny trolling! Enjoy.
