Today I split a fresh small young turkey in half and smoke one half and deep fry the other. I used Daigle's Cocky Chicken Injection and HEN Cajun Seasoning. I Fried in the Cajun Rocket Pot and Used the Hunsaker Vortex charcoal Basket as the burner.
