Cabbage Casserole is a budget friendly simple and quick with a creamy cabbage filling topped with cheesy crust. Cabbage is one of my favorite vegetables to cook with. It’s inexpensive and available year round. This casserole is comfort food at its best.

CABBAGE CASSEROLE
Ingredients:
1 large cabbage Slice thin
5 scallions chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp dried Parsley
1 tsp black pepper
EGG MIX:
5 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup flower
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp baking powder
mix well
DISH 7x10 buttered
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
BAKE 350*F (180*C) 35/40 min
after 35 min just add the cheese to the top and bake another 5-10 min until
