Continuing on from the previous part, I ramble a lot, train my digimon at the gym for a bit, pick up some daily supplies, and then have Birdramon fly me to the core area of infinite cauldron.
Having made a good amount of money from battling a Taomon (Silver) in MOD cape off screen, I'm able to afford to have Birdramon fly me there to save time.
Moving onto the reason for going there, I once again confront and battle Samudramon and Kuzuhamon.
And much like last time, they kick my ass! (Fail!)
Reloading the game and trying again, I manage to get my digimon to cross evolve together to become Imperialdramon PM.
With my digimon combining powers, I was finally able to defeat Samudramon and Kuzuhamon.
The duo compliment our strength, but point out that we won't be able to stop the plan.
With those two out of the way, we make our way to the final area to confront Shoma.
Shoma is completely insane, forcing the enforcer to evolve into Omegamon Alter-B so that he can bring a new world by destroying the old one.
He also has a dark aura around him as he goes on about the people who insulted him, which hints that he is likely being controlled by someone else.
In the end, with Himari and Kouta's digimon being too exhausted, it is up to us to defeat Omegamon Alter-B to stop this plan.
And to my surprise, my digimon very nearly defeated him!
But in the end, my digimon are defeated after putting up a good fight.
So with the final boss being powerful, but not as powerful as I thought they would be, how will things play out when I battle the final boss again while better prepared? Find out in the next part!
