Production line introduction:
Small diameter logs, tree branches and twigs, industrial wood residue(log cores, crushed veneer, log offcuts, plywood trimming and waste particleboard etc.) are sued to produce gradual-changing structured or homogeneous particle boards measuring 1220*2440mm, thickness 8~30mm(adjustable). Applications include furniture, construction, packaging, vehicles, ships and so on. When overlaid, particleboard can become panels with an added value.

The production line is divided into six sections: chipper section, flake section, glue section, forming section, boiler section and sanding section. Between the sections there is electrical interlock. When unlocked, single machine can be controlled individually. The line is automated and the operation is simple and reliable.

Production process:
Raw material→Drum chipper→Pulverize→Cyclone→Rectangular screen→Wood chips dryer→Glue blender→Forming machine→Pre-press machine→Multi-layer hot press machine→Turner cooler→Edge trim saw→Sanding machine→Short cycle press system→Final products.
