COOKE CITY - Cycling USA (Ep22) - Bicycle Touring America Documentary - Grizzly Bear Country, WY

After reaching Beartooth's summit, I descend towards Cooke City, Wyoming. A road block due to road construction slows my progress where I meet Amy, one of the road crew who gave me a mandatory ride for 1.9 miles. Heavy wildfire smoke envelops the region and a 4,000 foot incline to reach Cooke City catches me off guard. The next morning I ride into Yellowstone National Park's North East Entrance.
