Hike to Arco de Las Peñitas in Fuerteventura

This adventure took place in Vega de Rio Palmas, a small village in the central part of Fuerteventura, near Betancuria 🇮🇨
Here you can go on a trail that gets you to the popular “Arco de lsa Peñitas”, a strange but cool rock formation (an arch). 🥾
It is very popular, people do queue to take a picture here 😆 so if you can ➡️ try to get there early in the morning.

Before getting to the arch you will also find ermita de Las Peñitas (a tiny church)on the way, which you can enter. You will walk through Barranco de Las Peñitas, the landscape here is magic, beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a nice walk ✨
The trail is flat, marked and easy to follow at the beginning, but it gets more challenging at the end as you then have to go up to the Arch and big rocks are on the way.
