I completed the Chronicle Mode in Sega GT 2002, I'm just showing all of the basic unlocks you get. Completing this mode basically gives you some more cars to play with in the Quick Race & Time Attack Modes.

Sega GT 2002 is an exclusive racing game for the original Xbox. You need one of those or a Xbox 360 with backwards compatibility to play it.
