Follow along as we detail our self-defense move Winding Pass which is a self-defense escape from a back mount / seat belt grip ("evil backpack") or rear naked choke. Partners should train with a "Catch & Release Mindset" and should respond with a voiced and physical "TAP" right away if anything becomes painful or doesn't feel quite right.

All Junior, Teen & Adult Purple, Blue, Red, Brown & Junior Black Belts will be testing on this curriculum during week 5 of the cycle (October 7-10, 2024).
