Here’s what happened in the 4th week of July in the Surrey, Cloverdale & Langley housing market!
This week was similar in comparison to last week in terms of sales for all 3 property types. The biggest change was in the number of new listings for all the property types in Surrey, Cloverdale & Langley.

If we compare the numbers with June to now, both listings and sales have dropped this month, with sales being just below June numbers and new listings being considerably lower in July.

So, if you are thinking about making a move remember that if you sell low in this market, you also buy low in this market – it’s always relative.
