Celebrating the Spirit of Sportsmanship: Sports Day Assembly at RPS International School-Rosewood City!

In honor of Major Dhyan Chand, the legendary hockey player, young learners of Grade IV-Centaur & IV-Cygnus conducted a vibrant assembly to celebrate Sports Day. The event commenced with a heartfelt prayer, followed by an inspiring Thought for the Day and the Word of the Day, setting the tone for the celebrations. A speech on the importance of sports emphasized the values of discipline, teamwork and perseverance. The assembly also featured a roundup of the latest news, ensuring everyone was up to date. Our talented students captivated the audience with a beautiful Yoga skit, displaying grace and serenity. The young skating masters left everyone spellbound with their skillful performance, while the Taekwondo team impressed with their powerful and energetic demonstration of strength and agility. The day culminated in a mesmerizing dance performance, bringing a vibrant close to the event.
