Santaquin is one of the best places to live in Utah County. It has the small-town vibe with very friendly people. Santaquin is filled with orchards, and it's beautiful in the spring with all the pink blossoms, as well as in the fall with all the bright colored leaves. With a total population of about 13,000, Santaquin is located on the southernmost part of Utah County
These are the top reasons why I like Santaquin:
1. It has a small-town feel – There are older areas of the town, but a lot of growth is occurring and new building
2. Homes in Santaquin have appreciated about 14% in the last ten years
3. If you’re willing to be a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city, home prices are about 3-5% lower than cities north along the I-15 corridor
4. But having said that, everything you could possibly want is either in Santaquin or within few minutes’ drive.

There are beautiful mountain views and access to lots of local outdoor recreation; camping, hiking, fishing and more
Santaquin is my choice for one of the best cities and values when looking for a place to live in Utah, County
