Wiz Connected Smart Lighting and is it Worth Buying?

And while this is good news overall, there is also the potential for a company to cease to exist due to the lower entry barriers. That's why we looked into a brand called Wiz Connected. They have a wide range of lighting products that are both Alexa, Siri, and Google ready. Plus, they are backed by the industry leader in this category; Philips.

The Philips Hue brand was the first to really carve out a niche for smart lighting. Although they were expensive initially, people who have their products swear by them. The Wiz Connected smart lighting line differs because, unlike the Hue, which requires their Zigbee Hub, these bulbs work off an app on your smartphone via WiFi. They also come in at a slightly lower price point, giving you a chance to get your feet wet in the smart lighting world.

We do admit, when it comes to more complex lighting setups and scenes, the Philips Hue is the one to get. But if you just want to add some uniqueness and some great ambience to your home, it's hard to not recommend the Wiz Connected smart lighting products. Especially because they are backed by a leader in this space.
