2013 Volkswagen jetta with a 2.0l turbo engine, veh was towed in for a no start concern, and just by the sound of the engine cranking you can hear it has no compression, in this video I will show you how to perform a compression test, and how to identify a cylinder leakage problem using a leakdown tester, also I will show you how to check timing and identify a timing issue using cam and crank sensor waveforms on a scope (known good cmp/ckp sync waveform is needed), I hope you enjoy and thanks for watching.
