This series of production line consists of a conical twin-screw extruder, co-extrusion single screw extruder, vacuum sizing table, haul-off machine, cutting machine and stacker. The whole equipment is endowed with outstanding mixing and plasticizing effects, stable extrusion pressure, high output and energy-consuming advantages. Moreover, it can be adapted to large amounts of filling wood powder and other other plant fibers. Honestly, this whole production line can be used for a variety of wood plastic composite products and the WPC material is filled with natural wood fiber materials. Final molded products are of a wood-like texture and appearance which can be widely applied to substantial kinds of decorative materials like outdoor decking floor, railings, walking trials, outdoor tables and chairs, pallets and floor.
