Macclesfield Forest Off Piste - Does it ever dry out?
This week, we headed off to Macclesfield Forest to ride the off piste trails, knowing full well that they would be a bit wet and slippery but personally, I was hoping that it may be slightly drier and more grippy than when I last visited, back in March.

It was not to be though, with the surface resembling chip fat. All adds to the fun though, apparently.

Later, we headed over to the other side of the valley and it was a different story, with the trails being much drier and dare I say, much more fun.

With me on this ride were Christian, Conor and Shaun. At one point, I thought they were going to kill me for taking them to the MTB equivalent of The Somme.
