今日我要與大家分享怎樣做一款香辣鮮味又地道的韓式花蟹湯,這個湯辣得來帶點甜,每口鮮甜的蟹和蔬菜味,配碗熱辣辣的白飯最美味喔。

材料:
花蟹 4隻
白蘿蔔 250g
翠玉瓜 180g
洋蔥 1/2個
薯仔 1個(細)
青蒜 1條
紅辣椒 兩條
大豆芽菜 適量
水 2L
韓式大醬 1大湯匙
湯調味醬:
韓國辣椒粉 2湯匙
蒜頭 7粒
水 3湯匙
鹽 1茶匙
1.準備及處理4隻花蟹(蟹處理方法請留意以上連結)
2.把250g白蘿蔔切成正方形片。
3.一條青蒜切片、180g翠玉瓜切片,一個細薯仔去皮切片然後用水浸著薯仔,
4.把七粒蒜頭切碎然後放入碗裡,
5.半個洋蔥切絲
6.現在做湯的調味醬,在蒜蓉碗內加入辣椒粉、3湯匙水及鹽1茶匙後拌勻,待用。
7.把兩條紅辣椒切片,準備適量大豆芽菜。
8.煲一煲2Litre水,水滾起後加入一大湯匙的韓式大醬攪溶。
9.湯再次滾起就加入白蘿蔔、薯仔、翠玉瓜及洋蔥煲大約十分鐘。
10.十分鐘後放入處理好的蟹,將湯調味醬放在蟹上,放入大豆芽菜、青蒜和紅辣椒,煲十五分鐘。
11.間中將湯淋在蟹殼上面,煲完十五分鐘後蟹熟了就可以熄火了。

Today I'm going to share how to make a Korean spicy crab soup, this soup is a little spicy but also it has some sweetness from the vegetables that I put in to make this delicious soup, is absolutely tasty to have it with a bowl of rice.

Ingredients:
4 Blue crabs
250g white radish
180g courgette
1/2 onion
1 small potato
1 leek
2 red chillies
a handful of soybean sprouts
2Litre water
1 heaped tablespoon of Korean soybean paste
Soup seasoning sauce ingredients:
2tbsps Korean chilli powder
7 garlic cloves
3tbsps water
1tsp salt
Method:
1. Clean and prepare 4 blue crabs(Please pay attention to the video link above about how to prepare a crab)
2.prepare 250g white radish in two thick slices, slice the white radish and then roughly cut them into square shapes.
3.slice one leek, 180g courgette, also peel and slice one small potato, then put the potato in a bowl of water to prevent browning,
4.Crush and mince 7 garlic cloves and put it in a bowl,
5.Slice 1/2 onion.
6.Make the soup seasoning sauce, add the Korean chilli powder, 3tbsps water and 1tsp salt into the minced garlic,
7.Slice two red chillies, prepare a handful of soybean sprouts,
8.Boil 2Litre of water, when the water comes to boil add in one heaped tablespoon of Korean soybean paste and stir until it dissolves.
9.When the soup comes to boil again, add in the white radish, potato, courgette and onion and boil for ten minutes.
10.After ten minutes, put in the prepared crabs, add the soup seasoning sauce on top of the crab shells, add in the soybean sprouts, leeks and red chillies, boil for 15 mins.
11.Pour some soup on top of the crab shells sometimes, after boil the soup for 15 mins and the crabs are cooked, turn off heat. (You can cook for another 5 mins if you like, is up to you)
