SSC Tuatara Striker TOUR and RIDE /// 1750HP American Hypercar

The stunning SSC Tuatara has been a poster on my wall for a decade and finally, I’ve been incredibly thankful to have this opportunity with @hkmotorcars (https://www.hkmotorcars.com) to get to review one for you all. This is the Tuatara STRIKER: this beast focuses on aerodynamics and downforce as it now makes 1,100lbs of downforce at 160MPH. This is accomplished by a massive carbon wing, updated diffuser, front splitter, vaned rocker panels and more! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

🏁 @Alllcarnews Spec Sheet: The Tuatara and the Striker is powered by a custom 5.9L TT V8 developed by nelson racing engines to produce a massive 1,750HP on E85 and 1,350HP on 91 octane. It is an advanced beast too with a flat plane crank, 8,800RPM redline all paired to a custom 7 speed “robotic manual” electrohydraulic racing style gearbox. It weighs 2,750lbs dry and can do 0-60 under 2.5sec. The new Aggressor is also here with an upgrade to 2,200HP. 🏁

Most recently, the Tuatara achieved a new record of an official 295MPH and the brand won’t stop until it truly hits 300MPH or over. The brand’s online configurator at https://www.sscnorthamerica.com is also AWESOME, definitely worth a look. Some other fun Tuatara quirks I learned are the robotized body panels, lowering suspension, gorgeous (and loud) titanium exhaust, and the exhilarating grip and performance on the road.. A truly incredible experience and a hat tip to SSC and HK motorcars for getting this beast on the roads.
