Curtains has always been one of my favorite 80's slasher films. It had a notoriously messy production that spanned around 2-3 years and no one behind the scenes really seemed to know what they wanted from it. Was this an upmarket, psychological thriller about the perils of the profession of acting? A slasher flick cashing in on Friday the 13th? A supernatural horror film about a bloodthirsty doll? It kinda ended up becoming all of those things and, as is, is a bit of a fascinating failure.

With this trailer, I tried to streamline all the strange tangents that the film goes on and focus on the basic plot - six actresses auditioning for the same role at director's home find themselves stalked by a killer.
